Today, most of us are not just dealing with life… we’re dealing with layers we’ve unknowingly added on top of it.
Basic wellness. Basic peace. These should be a given.
But instead, we find ourselves overwhelmed – not just by real responsibilities like work, parenting, or building a life – but by noise that shouldn’t even exist in the first place.
And the truth is uncomfortable, but simple:
A lot of our stress is self-created.
A lot of our stress is self-created.
So this isn’t about eliminating pressure.
It’s about removing what was never meant to be there.
It’s about removing what was never meant to be there.
Here are some of the “3s” I swear by to come back to myself every single day:
3 daily practices
1. No screens from 7 PM to 9 AM
No phone. No distractions. It forces me to live in the Ongoing-
not in someone else’s life, not in yesterday, not in tomorrow.

not in someone else’s life, not in yesterday, not in tomorrow.
2. I don’t travel with work
Even when I travel for work.
No laptop. No extra tasks.
I show up fully for what I’m there for – and give myself the break I deserve.

3. Meditation
Transcendental meditation for 20 minutes a day (aiming for 40).
This is where everything settles. This is where I return to myself.

3 thoughts I refuse to entertain
1. Comparison
Someone will always be ahead in some way.
That has nothing to do with my path.

That has nothing to do with my path.
2. Regret
I did the best I could in that moment.
If it didn’t work out, it became a lesson, not a burden.

3. Guilt
Right and wrong are subjective.
I act with intention and awareness. That’s enough.

3 non-negotiables for my fitness
1. The gym
This is only for me.
Not for work, not for validation – just me. Nobody else benefits from it. Not my work,
not my clients, not my kids or my family. Just me. So it doesn’t get compromised.

2. What I eat
Food is for my health and happiness.
I respect emotions attached to it, but I don’t abandon discipline for them.

If somebody cooked something with love, I accept it with grace and gratitude, but it does not mean that it should interfere with my discipline or my health.
3. Sleep
No late nights. No exceptions.
My mornings – and my health – depend on it.
My mornings – and my health – depend on it.
So even if I have not had a chance to socialise, it can wait.
3 things life taught me the hard way
1. You can’t force relationships
Just be yourself.
Just be yourself.
No need to bend over backwards for anyone just to be in their good books. If you’re
doing it, do it for yourself, not them.
The right people stay – and even then, nothing is guaranteed.
doing it, do it for yourself, not them.
The right people stay – and even then, nothing is guaranteed.
2. You don’t get to re-live moments
Life doesn’t offer rewinds.
If you miss it, you miss it. So show up fully, every single day.
Life doesn’t offer rewinds.
If you miss it, you miss it. So show up fully, every single day.
Consider it like reading a book, the page of which you cannot turn backwards.
If you are not focused, you risk injury. So you stay present. You feel each movement. You control each repetition.
3. Everything happens for the best
Even the hardest things. Even cancer.
You may not see it in the moment – but you will, one day.

You may not see it in the moment – but you will, one day.
Locking one date where all four could be physically present in the studio is a very difficult task.

3 things I’m unlearning
1. My temper and impatience
Not everyone will think, act, or move like me, and that’s okay.
Not everyone will think, act, or move like me, and that’s okay.
2. Perfectionism
Flaws are not failures.
They are where growth begins.

They are where growth begins.
3. Expectation from people
Everyone operates differently.
The sooner you accept that, the lighter life becomes.

Taking One Day at a Time
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
Peace doesn’t come from adding more.
It comes from removing what doesn’t belong.
Peace doesn’t come from adding more.
It comes from removing what doesn’t belong.
Maybe start with just one of these. You’ll feel the shift.
I would love to ask all of you, what are the 3 things you are struggling with achieving?
